We are now in a world where digital and non-digital are merging. As designers we must problem solve for the overall experience to deliver a competitive advantage for our products and services. Prior to joining IBM, I worked on both the agency and business sides, working with and leading cross-functional teams. Whether conducting user research, facilitating design thinking sessions, streamlining information architecture, or sketching UI concepts, I will define the future-state user experience to drive customer adoption and market differentiation.
The majority of my career has been on the agency side. I have created and managed user experiences for brands from various industries including consumer goods, telecom, pharmaceutical, and insurance. I directed projects from the briefing phase to implementation for web applications, digital brand management tools and brand identities while managing design teams in San Francisco, Zurich, Amsterdam, and Hamburg.
My recent UX engagements have me facilitating Design Thinking workshops, conducting customer interviews, arranging design studios, exploring customer journeys, creating wire frames, directing visual design, delivering actionable critiques, writing effective user stories and running usability testing with customers across web and mobile platforms.
